CrumWorld Cloud Subscription
CrumAtlas, CrumSurf and CrumStudio are free to install and run on your own machine — no account is needed for local work. The CrumWorld Cloud Subscription is the paid layer: it syncs your projects between devices, stores your files, and supplies the compute CrumAtlas needs to answer you.
One subscription covers every CrumWorld application. You buy it once and it follows you across CrumAtlas, CrumSurf and CrumStudio — one account, one bill, one set of limits everywhere.
Paid plans open with an introductory price for your first billing period, then renew at the standard monthly rate shown on each card. Everything is billed monthly in US dollars, renews automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled at any time. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and applied at checkout.

Nobody is being charged today. The CrumWorld Cloud Subscription is free for everyone while we finish setting up billing. The plans below are what will apply once paid subscriptions open, and we will announce it here first.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and applied at checkout.
How billing works
Plans are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars, on the calendar day you subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically each month and continues until you cancel.
When payments go live, payments will be processed by a payment gateway — a third-party service that handles card and wallet payments on our behalf. Any billing question or problem goes straight to us at support@crumworld.com.
Refunds
New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. Email support@crumworld.com within 14 days of being charged and we will refund you in full.
After that, renewals are non-refundable, though we will still refund a partially unused period at our discretion if something went wrong on our side. Full detail is in our refund policy.
Cancelling
Cancel from your dashboard at any time, or email us and we will do it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free.
No cancellation fee, no minimum term, no retention offers. Your data stays available in read-only form for 30 days so you can export it.
