CrumAtlas, CrumSurf and CrumStudio are free to install and run on your own machine — no account is needed for local work. The paid plan is the CrumWorld Cloud Subscription: it syncs your projects between devices, stores your files, and supplies the compute CrumAtlas needs to answer you.
One CrumWorld Cloud Subscription covers every CrumWorld application. You buy it once and it follows you across CrumAtlas, CrumSurf and CrumStudio — one account, one bill, one set of limits everywhere.

CrumWorld Cloud Subscription
Paid plans start with an introductory price for your first billing period and renew at the standard monthly rate shown on each card. All plans are billed monthly in US dollars, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled at any time. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and applied at checkout. One subscription covers CrumAtlas, CrumSurf and CrumStudio.

Nobody is being charged today. The CrumWorld Cloud Subscription is free for everyone while we finish setting up billing — the plans below are what will apply once paid subscriptions open, and we will announce it here first.

Status
Entry beta means the product works and is safe to use, but it is still being built in the open. Features may change or be removed, usage limits may be adjusted, and you will occasionally hit rough edges. We would rather say that up front than bury it in a footnote.
If you subscribe during beta, your price is locked for as long as you keep the subscription active, and early subscribers get advance notice before any plan change affects them.
Plans are charged monthly in advance, in US dollars, on the calendar day you subscribed. Your subscription renews automatically each month and continues until you cancel. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Paid plans are not live yet. When they are, payments will be processed by a payment gateway — a third-party service that handles card and wallet payments on our behalf. Any billing question or problem goes straight to us at support@crumworld.com, and we will sort it out for you.
New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first payment. Email support@crumworld.com within 14 days of being charged and we will refund you in full.
After the first 14 days, renewals are non-refundable, though we will still refund a partially unused period at our discretion if something went wrong on our side. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Read the full refund policyCancel from your dashboard, or email us and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not delete your account. Your data stays available in read-only form for 30 days so you can export it, after which your cloud storage is cleared.
No retention offers, no "contact sales to cancel", no dark patterns. Leaving is as easy as joining.
